Happy Valentine’s Day from Good Samaritan Boys Ranch! Today, we celebrate the many things that we love and the reason why we do what we do. Love is at the center of everything we do—so with that said, let’s talk about the things we love most!  

We Love Our Youth and Families 

Our youth and families are the reason we exist. We are dedicated to providing a supportive, nurturing environment for vulnerable youth and families. We believe in the power of love and the positive impact it can have on the lives of those who need it the most. And, we believe that there is good in everyone and that activating this good requires love, support, and genuine care. Our youth and families inspire us every day with their strength, resilience, and determination to overcome the challenges they face. And this is most certainly something to celebrate! 

We Love Our Community Partners 

Our community partners play an essential role in our mission. We partner with some incredible businesses, organizations, and churches throughout Missouri. They help us extend our reach and increase our impact! We’re grateful for their support and partnership, and we’re proud to work together to make a difference in the lives of our youth and families. Whether they’re providing funding, resources, or volunteer support, our community partners help us to provide the best possible experience for our youth and families.  

We Love Our Donors 

Our donors are the backbone of our organization. Without their generosity, we wouldn’t be able to provide the life-changing programs and services that we do. They believe in our mission, our youth, and our families. And their support gives us the resources we need to make a positive impact and to continue growing and expanding the services our programs offer. We’re grateful for their trust and their commitment to our cause, and we’re proud to partner with them in our mission. We truly could not do it without them!  

We Love Our Staff 

Last but certainly not least, we love our staff. They are the heart of our organization, and their dedication and hard work make all the difference. They bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, and they work tirelessly to provide the best possible experience for the youth and families across our programs. And, they show up, every day, in incredible ways. 

We have staff with a wide range of talents and strengths. And while individual jobs may be different, the mission remains the same: empowering youth in foster care and families in crisis to heal from trauma and build resiliency. Our staff is our greatest strength, and we’re proud to have them by our side. 

At Good Samaritan Boys Ranch, love is ultimately what drives us to do what we do.
